What I don't understand is why you don't simply use a second monitor or the Shift + Z display.
I just put the instrument panel on the second monitor.
thank you ! but preferrably I would like to get my instrument panel working as it would be a waste of money if it doesn`t work :/ thanks

First, find the device instance path. That path will be used later in the registry editor:
Control Panel>Hardware and Sound>Devices and Printers>Device (FIP)>Properties>Hardware>USB Input Device>Properties>Details>Property>Device Instance Path.
Using my FIP as an example, the value is USB\VID_06A3&PID_A2AE&MI_00\7&132D6E95&0&0000
Next, open the Registry Editor by clicking the Windows Button + R or right clicking the Start Menu and then Run. Type "regedit" in the box.
That will open your Registry Editor. This is where you look for that device instance path. You are going to disable its enhanced powermanagement:
Computer>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SYSTEM>CurrentControlSet>Enum>USB>VID_06A3&PID_A2AE&MI_00>7&132d6e95&0&0000>Device Parameters>EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled
Value Data:0
It seems like Windows 10 along with Intel likes to under power everything. When I first purchased this system, I couldn't believe the lag especially when doing simple things like browsing the file explorer. I started believing that there was something wrong with my SSD until I did a little research. If you have a similar issue, go to your control panel and open the Intel Rapid Storage Technology>Performance>Link Power Management: Disabled
