Logitech Multipanel and switch panel not connecting

Hi all, I just purchased the Saitek/Logitech Flight multi Panel and Flight Switch Panel. I downloaded the Plug-in. When I run the test and LED test they both work but that's about it! When I complete the test they both "die" and don't connect when I start the simulator.

Has anybody experienced the same issue? Anything you guys can suggest to fix it?

I did a complete reinstall of FSX:SE last summer and tried the Logitech drivers but they just wouldn't work consistently. So I stuck with SPAD.
