Keyboard Modding for Flight Simulator

Hi!
Can anyone provide a DIY guide to create a keyboard for flight usage? I've seen a layout to print, cut and glue in an ordinary keyboard but it was not that good.
How can I do it? If you have any printable layouts or you if can point me to a good guide/tutorial to do one I would be appreciated.

This is what I am looking for but I want to do it myself rather than spending +$100 on it. I really wanted a printable version of the layout so I could just mod an ordinary keyboard.

This is a low-cost version.. around $20, plus time to make it. Maybe it's more your speed.

This page has links to printable .pdf files. Maybe you could somehow modify them to fit a well-spaced keyboard. Or just print one out to have lying next to your keyboard for quicker key-finding..
