Microsoft Flight Simulator X: Steam Edition

Better alternative to the "Thrustmaster T-flight Hotas X" ?
The cable-length between thrust and stick is a bad joke.

Can you recommend a better option for round about 100.- - 150.- ?

What cable exists between "thrust and stick"? My Hotas has a cable that goes between the USB port and the stick and it's somewhere between 10 and 12 feet long. I doubt many Joystick manufactures make their cables much longer than this. If you need longer you could purchase a USB cable extension for just a few dollars.

Oh, I see, the cable, between the throttle half and stick half.

Sorry, I've never noticed because In 15 years I have never separated mine. I think I did once in the beginning but just decided it more comfortable to keep them attached together. Many flightsticks just have a lever and don't even have the separation of the throttle capability at all. I'm sorry I don't know the details of any other models that do separate the throttle and stick or what their details are. I think Thrustmaster has a newer model that does though. Again, I just don't know the details. They have a website I'm sure you can find the details of their newer models there. And I'm sure others will chime in with some recommends for you. Good Luck

As it turns out, the Logitec X52 is the better choice.
