Here is the other one, along with the download link I sent for Pensacola CV-69. Do them both. No menus or clicking on anything at all, like I said. Let me know how it goes. This is the best thing I've seen in FSX: http://www.fs2000.org/2013/11/11/fsx-scenery-nas-pensacola-2/
Now that you, we both, HAVE SOLVED this issue, just with the Pensacola KNPA scenery and the aircraft carrier scenery ALONE.., you have not only COMPLETELY SOLVED this issue, but if I, or anybody with the same stuff, hosts this on Steam, you will be able to fly carrier approaches/landings, whatever, on Steam's public multiplayer, not somebody's "special" private IP, but easy multiplayer, just with what you did here. Therefore, this entire thread that we started off on here is completely useless now isn't it? Looking for some special secret FSX moving AI carrier schedule off California and the state of Washington just to land on an aircraft carrier that's not anywhere near as good as the one you already have, and can play online? No, you can do the EXACT SAME THING with the French carrier Clemenceau, for example as well. The two Clemenceau .bgl files put it of the coast from Brest, about 8 or 10 mi. DME west of the BST VOR. So now, you can fly off the Brest area and the Marseille area I think, but off the carrier Clemenceau , BOTH IN MULTIPLAYER with a little work. Problem solved! http://royalefrenchnavy.restauravia.fr/RFN-Creations.htm
Who cares? Why would you even spend the time to do it?
The only thing that's a joke is that you're still using AIcarriers to begin with. Just using the CV-68 Pensacola package beats anything AICarriers does. That, and the simple FULL multiplayer FSN MULTIPLAYER carrier I've only shown people how to install about, .oh , I don't know.., 150 times or so.

Oh and nice necro
That's just it, punk. I do know what I'm talking about.
Maybe you need this version as it's the one I use and it is flawless:

Why would you do that when you can simply install Carrier Tracks which has MOVING carriers that can be added to your saved game files with the aircraft already placed on deck? You're welcome anyway.
