Does Air Hauler work with FSX Steam? I wanna be an air hauler, a baller, a shot-caller...

I havnt tried yet but I would be very surprised if it were to work since there is no ability to use FSUIPC and it seems Steam has seemed to somehow boinked the simconnect install!

Air Hauler does work with FSX Steam Edition, however, I am experiencing a few little problems when starting a flight and launching FSX from Air Hauler. It could be that I first installed this for FS2004 and I need to reinstall for FSX to be accepted properly. It may also be down to the fact that an external program is trying to run a Steam app.

As for 'no ability to use FSUIPC', I'm afraid you're wrong on that one 'barnstormer1', go to the official website for FSUIPC, download it and install to the FSX steam folder where it's installed... worked fine for me.

you can manually launch FSX SE after setting up AH, you have to have a folder to save your FP's to....launch FSX SE and load the FP, AH will be waiting and will monitor your flight as normal, for some reason AH believes I have no FSUIPC but I can work around it with this manual launch....

This worked for me
- install Air Hauler, if it wants to repair registry path to FSX Steam let it repair it. If you had FSX classic installed before Air Hauler will pick it up and try to edit registry. In my case successfully.
- install fsuipc from fsuipc official website
- log into steam client so your play hours will be counted
- set Air Hauler to be always started as administrator (if you will run it as standard user, it will crash with ms NET framework error)

After this I was able to run it as before. When starting FSX via Air Hauler it will ask if you want to run it with special settings from AH, just OK it and there you go.

I can't get Air Hauler to work. It gives out unhandled exception errors when generating jobs for the first time. So i can't start a campaign. i've tried updating .NET, installing the latest service packs and all but nothing works.

search or post on official just flight forum for air hauler read also by its developer. i can tell you that air hauler is working for me with fsx se on 64bit win 8.1. NET fw errors are mostly because you are not running air hauler as administrator

My AH is not working! When I try to launch a flight from within it, it says i dont have FSUIPC. I try to install it and it says my SimConnect version is not supported. Any ideas on this?
