Who waits for Tacpack working with SE?

You might just have to go back to the ole reliable before any one made load outs, or bombs for aircraft. It was called Weapons Pack a freeware download. I would use it for the B-17 and load up 16 1000 lbs GPB's and blast some creators in the landscape. You can see the blast area and hear the bomb exploding on contact. The rockets fire but in the air would not explode on aircraft I believe that's what the deal with them were. Better than going Picuu Picuu Picuu all the time :)

scroll down the list til you see FSX Weapons Pack. I don't see why this shouldn't just install and work just fine with FSX SE Just for individual entertainment.

i agree, that fsx weapon pack should install and is generally good for the person who wants a quick fix , however, I believe that the ones who want a complicated delivery system, with accurately modeled aircraft would be pleased with the VRS option
it is payware, but well worth it, and their tech support is 2nd to none in my own opinion

to get back on track, im wating for superbug and tacpack to be compatible with SE, i think alot of guys are and also i think its a great avenue for guys new to VRS and also fsx to get involved in both

I couldnt agree more, and for those who want to have dogfights, or blow stuff up, or plan a mission (global mission editor), there is FSX@WAR that is coming soon, their site was unfortunately hacked(france), and they had to revert to backups-but hopefully they can get back on track soon...I am sure there will be the nay-sayers, that FSX isnt a warbird sim, and I have to agree it was not intended to be, however some devs have done what was said to be impossible...if you want info on vrs and their products, check their wiki (http://forums.vrsimulations.com/support/index.php/TacPack_Documentation)

Well, I am not. The edits by the admin make it appear like my posts were rude and offensive, which they were not. I simply welcomed a newcomer to steam, quite politely. The humour and sarcasm was so well hidden the person in question didn't even blink before thanking me.

I agree with you, I didnt see where your posts were rude or offensive, but perhaps copy/pasting what he had said in your reply? that would be the only reason I could see for removing the post, but onward and upward...
I believe that FSX:SE has a great deal of potential. Hope everyone gets their issues ironed out. I for one have had almost no issues since installation.
I definately look forward to VRS bringing the bug to fsx:se, as well as the tacpack...multiplayer mayhem awaits
(hopefully dedicated servers for tacpack enabled aircraft only, we do take warplanes seriously)

Nice DTG they do same thing as in TS banning people just as they are critical to their broken products and /or deleting post, locking post ..... Nice community approach.

the community approach they are trying for is a friendly and helpful atmosphere, and I commend them for soing so. What we do not need here is flame wars, or rude and offensive remarks, which there have been plenty of. There are too often posts that go unmonitored in other forums i have frequented in the past, and the admins of those dont want to be bothered with policing their forums. We need to remember these are not all adults we are dealing with here, there are persons from the age of 8 or 10 up to 75 or 80, the variety of people interested in this hobby is really astnishing.
SO thank you DTG for attempting to keep it friendly, clean and somewhat family oriented.
