It's impossible to run out of addons; there are at least 20 new addons being developed and uploaded a day in this community.

DISCLAIMER: 99% of these addons work from experience. There will be that 1%, though (e.g., Orbx and HiFi Tech had similar issues), and if they have something that manages to NOT be compatible with steam, chances are they have an EXTREMELY large customer base that has suffered similar issues and the developers will be looking through making their addons compatible with steam (and they're successful 99% of the time)

Rex4 and Orbix FTX mods are top of the line over all of those imo
Fly tampa you have listed and is another one but considered more of an "on top of" add on.
But ya, without rex4 and orbix ftx id have probably stopped playing awhile ago.

-modded fsx.ini file for quality,
-jacked up nvidia control panel,
-max (NOT ultra) fsx settings aka customized and full bars everything.
Also FPS cap is 30 cause fsx does not like over that, horrible at 60/unlimited regardless of system
