What operating system are you using? The process of adding an exception for a program is similar across all of them, but different enough that it requires a different approach to explaining how to verify/do it.
I wish. Mine has been downloading the same clear skies weather for the past couple of months for my home area, including a few minutes ago. However it has been raining all day today in real life. I just checked my firewall setting for Steam and FSX and both have no restrictions. No idea here why it is working for some users but not for others. ASN has been giving me the accurate weather I want with minimal effort on my part.
I've read somwere that MS contract with Jeppesen for weather data delivery has ended and the game only downloads the data from the last day it was still working.
