The requested flight file is corrupt or can't be found. "<^requestedExecutionLevel> "
Can someone help me fix this? I tried uninstalling many times but nothing is working.

sounds like something is preventing execution of a required file, perhaps DEP is on(data execution prevention)
running as admin?
verify integrity of files?
make sure AV disabled and UAC is off
in steam, make sure you are running as admin
put your mouse on library and select games
right click microsoft flight simulator steam edition on upper left of screen(its blue)
click properties from the dropdown
click local files tab at top of properties dialog
check current build id(should be 490932)
click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE
this will check local install and replace corrupt/missing files
hope that is of help

its a problem with your documents folder. That's where the default flight is located. That's my guess.
