Quality Wings Ultimate 146 Collection

I recently purchased QualityWings Ultimate 146 Collection (FSX & P3D v2) [Compatibility: P3D v2, Flight Simulator X, FSX: Steam Edition] from Just Flight for $19.95; however, for some reason I cannot use/activate its LiveryManager program to add textures to the base planes that come with this package.

For example, in the LiveryManager box when I open it I cannot change the Flight Simulator box from 'FSX' to say 'FSX Steam' or 'P3D'; seems stuck in FSX.

I am wondering if that may have to do with the fact I did not purchase it directly from QW (where it looks like the package runs between $60 - $80).

Has anyone else experienced this? If no, and you purchase the QualityWings Ultimate 146 Collection (FSX & P3D v2) package from Just Flight, how did you turn on the livery manager?
