PS: I just saw in my BIOS a named feature "USB EHCI Hand Off = DISABLED" I think this is this feature related to what your are talking ?!
You should be able to find something more specific to disable xHCI. Look for that first.
Failing that, I'm guessing there should be both USB eHCI Hand Off and USB xHCI Hand Off entries in BIOS. From what I've read, to get the x52 working, xHCI Hand Off should be disabled and eHCI Hand Off should be enabled. Doing this will probably disable USB 3 on your system.
I don't have Windows 10, so I can't be certain about these settings fixing the problem.
Thank's for your response but my MB is old Asus P6TDeluxe and for USB feature have only one line related to USB EHCI no for xHCI. By default this feature (USB EHCI) is enabled but sometime ago had disabled it for some reason probabily to refer at trouble I got with some USB hardware like the same issue with the USB3 compatibility. My mobo has only USB2 embedded.
Anyway thx to have pointed about such feature. I will try with it enabled and the X52 controler to see if that's one solution. And yes I'm with W10 since a short time (few days ago).
PS : solved for me X52 (latest Madcatz/Saitek drivers and software) works well plugged in a USB3 powered HUB and BIOS setting USB EHCI Hand Off enabled (W10 Pro upgraded from W7 64 Pro)
