Tutorial and Lesson No Voice Over (Sound)

I was in the tutorials, played it a while the whole day and it was all working. ATC, lesson narrative was working and when I came back today to resume lessons and tutorials, the ATC and narrative voices are gone. I have to rely on the messages tab to follow instructions but this distrupts my lesson and focus. Please help. How to fix it? I have verified game and redid the installation - nothing works! :(

ChecK the audio settings in the game to ensure the voices aren't set to headphones instead of speakers.

If you don't hear any sounds at all you may have accidently muted your audio (the Q key as I recall).
