can anyone explain what's so bad about this DLC? by rating and review?

In general I don't trust Steam DLC for FSX and I'd rather buy from vendors who offer customer support and the most complete, up to date versions of an add on. Steam DLC was a mixed bag of good DLC, stripped 'lite' versions and obsolete junk even back in 2014-2019. You can get this same aircraft at JustFlight.com. I'd also take Steam reviews with a grain of salt because of the diversified experience and expectations of users ... but in this case the negative reviews are consistent across multiple forums.
