No MD-80???

When i am playing fsx, i always see the MD-80 in traffic, i have the aircraft in my airplanes file, but won't let me fly the aircraft. It doesn't give me the option to choose to fly it. And i recently installed another MD-80 to see if installed ones work, still nothing, and its not just the MD-80, its also the dash... Will someone help???

Those are AI traffic planes only. You'll have to look for addons if you want to fly those.

If you want to fly the default FSX MD-83 add a Panel folder that supports 2 Jet engines (example B737). The MD-83 will now be listed in your aircrafts and you can fly it.

If you want to fly the Dash 8 add the Beech KingAir Panel Folder

Same with the PA28 Piper but use a single engine prop panel folder.
