DLCs not installed or installing

tried reinstall windows and fsx, verify to

did you make sure the box is checked next to the DLC in the steam interface?

yes i made sure the boxses are checked, and that i've unchecked and checked, scenery files, main folders, nothings working, i think it might be steams' end but they keep directing me to the games main problem solving

Steam DLC's are installed in FSX's MAIN folder in a folder titled "DLC" find that folder, open it and you will see sub folders labeled with 6 digit numbers "######", the numbered folders contain your Steam DLS's.

i have there is nothing there its just a few empty folders, and its not just scenery DLC its now accuu feel too not installing. and the airbus DLC is just installing TAP portugal for airframe.

I've reinstalled steam and windows still broke.
i've changed steam fsx to fsx.se becuase it said can't find fsx;se gonna try reload it.

OK, the next thing is go to the library then open the FSX section and then scroll down to DLC section and open manage my installed addons check the addons that are listed items and wait for the items to be downloaded. Now check the DLC folders for installed content. You should see the numbered folders with content.

I've never had any problem with adding or deleting any Steam DLC so I guess Steam support is the next option.

The main reasons for technical bugs, is that good old FSX SE is trouble free on Windows 7. Not guaranteed to be working flawlessly on either W-10 or 11.
Some are lucky and have advance computer knowledge for sorting out bugs on W-10-11.
I kept that proven OS on my old backup PC, and only use it with FSX SE.
No internet surfing on W-7 for obvious security reasons.
Best thing to do, is purchase the new version of MSFS, and equip yourself ($$$) with a proper (powerful) PC.
