www.nvidia.com and either get GEFORCE Experience which will load in the system tray and notify you when their is an update (along with other features,like desktop recording);
or select exact drivers here;
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
According to my puter, I have a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3670...does that mean anything to you?
One method simply installs required drivers and nothing else, and you manage getting new drivers yourself. In the old fashioned go get them method.
While GEforce Experience offers automatic checking for updates and more. All the details are right there at www.nvidia.com.
Depends on the person, I used to do it myself, I use GEForce Experience now and I have to say I do prefer it now.
On your second question;
To me it means nothing because there is no such video card model. Check the documentation of your card. Nvidia makes models in the 30 series named 3060, 3070, 3080, 3090, then they go to 40XX. There is no model RTX 3670. All the information you need about your card is on the website.
