Look around in cockpit

Hi guys,

Just want to know, how can i look around in the cockpit? the only thing i can see was 2D screen. I seen people are able to look around in the cockpit like 3D mode in youtube. Any setting i need to do or active any key?

I think the default key for 3D virtual cockpit is F9, but not sure. Let me know if it worked.

Hit F9 - press space - and hold (if not set different) - move mouse

Also could be using TrackIR. I see a lot of that on youtube.

I use Trackhat w/Open track. Cheaper than TrackIR.

i try pressing F9 nothing happened. Still 2D mode :(

In 2D mode you can only look around with the NumPad.
Try to go in "Virtual cockpit" (3D) mode. (Press Alt or right click somewhere in the screen and select the virtual cockpit view) Then you can look around with the mouse by pressing the spacebar.
If this doesn't work, try with an other aircraft.
For deeper views you then have Ezdok.

You don't need it, but EzDok is great, gives you proper effects on landing, and you can set key commands to cameras. It is 35 EUROS and can be purchased off Flight1 store. Ask me for advice as it crashed frequenctly..

For me it is stable with FSX Steam, even though I have moved to P3D.

The windows defender update has really messed up EzDok aswell. Add me and I will help you without hesitation.

Press S to cycle views until you get to the cockpit, then press A or D to change catergory until you're in th Virtual Cockpit - use the arrow keys or joystick HAT switch to look around.

I no longer use the keys, I use TrackIR 5 together with Ezdok, it's the only way to fly!
