Abacus Flight Deck 5 & 6

I had Abacus Flight Deck 6 loaded when I played the Box FSX. I love to play the Carrier landings and take offs. Can I add this to the FSE Steam?

It'll work great if you can get it loaded into SE. That will depend on the Flight Deck installer.
If you can direct it to steam\steamapps\common\fsx you have it made.
