What and where is SDK!?

HELLO I'm trying to install the ivap do IVAO but the computer tells me the following thing:

COULD NOT DETECT AN FSX SIMCONNECT INSTALLATION WHICH IS USABLE BY IVAP
REQIURED SIMCONNECT FSX RTM
1. INSERT THE FSX DELUXE DVD1
2. OPEN THE SDK FOLDER AND INSTALL THE SDK
3. DOWNLOAD THE LATEST PATCHES AND SDK PATCHES FROM WWW.FSINSIDER.COM AND INSTALL IT.
RETRY IAP INSTALLATION IT SHOULD PERFORM AN AUTOMATIC INSTALLATION OF SIMCONNECT.

Within the site but do not know where to look. SOMEONE KNOWS TO SOLVE THIS SITUATION?

there's 4 simconnects to install "SimConnect.msi"

first in here
C:\...\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\SDK\Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect SDK\lib

for the other 3 go to

C:\...\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\SDK\Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect SDK\LegacyInterfaces

and you'll find one in each of these folders

FSX-RTM
FSX-SP1
FSX-XPACK
