The Quality Wings 787-8

I downloaded and installed the Quality Wings 787-8 aircraft to fly and it installs fine, however, when I startup the aircraft from the cold and dark the PFD screens don't come on when I start the battery and external power. I connect all the electrical bus and generators but still no joy. any help in fixing this is greatly appreciated.

I also fly the Quality Wings 787 in FSX:SE, although I select them with engines already runing. That way the aircraft needs only 30 seconds for initialization.
May be you need to start the engines for PFD's to light themselves up?

Nope no joy, I'm not sure how to fix this.

Have you noticed if the APU is switched ON?

yes, the APU is switched on and both generators are on.

Look up the KEY COMMAND for activating AVIONICS and use it to the AVIONICS ON the screens should light up indicating the systems are functioning.

Tried it, no joy, could it be something in the aircraft's cfg file?
