The distance from Warsaw to New York is approximately 4,260 miles.
For a trip like this you'll need a long range jet like a 747, 777, or similar long range AC.
Of course, you can do this in a flight simulator simply by giving yourself unlimited fuel, but in real life, no.
-Distance in nautical miles to the destination
-Cruising speed of the aircraft in knots
-Fuel flow/burn/consumption per hour
-Fuel tank capacity
Endurance in hours = Fuel tank capacity - (Fuel burn per hour x 0.75) / Fuel burn per hour
Approximate aircraft range(nautical miles) in a zero wind environment = Cruising speed x endurance.
It gets a bit more complicated when you add wind into the equation but if you subtract 10% from the endurance it should mostly cover headwinds
If you can't make it easily in one hop, select a fuel stop within a safe distance.
Good flight planning always preceeds a good flight.
Warsaw to New York is about 3700 nautical miles on Google Earth. Statue miles is for land travel and unsophisticated ground dwellers.
If your aircraft doesn't have enough range, land in Iceland to refuel. It is near the halfway point and near the great circle route you'll be flying. If you are flying a route to the south, the Azores or Ascension Island are good refuel points.

I thought so too, it's a pity that you can not program a flight plan with a stopover for refueling, in the MFSX there is only the possibility of establishing a flight plan only from point A to B without intermediate points.
I downloaded boeing 737-8 max with PLL LOT painting (maybe had more range )
The only problem is with the on-board computer on this plane, I do not know how to use it, it
Aside FSX i once bought the latest X-plane but is way to much diffucllt i programed xbox game pad that in simlar way i use FSX but still had problems
Just take a look at each aircraft's details and capabilities when you choose one in free flight.
Use the kneeboard for more information. Shift + F1O
I use the Boeing 747- 400 to fly from London Heathrow to Sydney some 9000 nm plus.
The 'secret' to long distance travel is to keep N1 as low as possible so I fly at 280 KIAS and keep the vertical ascent speed low. You don't need to always climb at 1800 ft
And you can always lighten the load, or remove it completely.
Don't overlook this planet's Earth rotation when going due East or due West as your destination will either be moving away from you, or getting closer.
Trans Atlantic, on a ship, it makes a perceptable difference, as the day can shorten to 23 hours or lengthen to 25 hours when travelling at 20 Knots.
PS Used to hear Concorde breaking the sound barrier as it passed over us.
There is a freeware LOT Polish Airlines 787 at Simviation that you could download....
https://simviation.com/1/preview-popup?fileId=55216&path=b789_lot_pk%2F&file=b789lot2.jpg
Here, at the top of the page... https://simviation.com/1/search?submit=1&keywords=LOT+polish&x=17&y=13
That will give you the range to fly Warsaw to New York without re-fueling. The only other option is to fly your LOT 737-800 with "unlimited" fuel, not realistic, but it will work.
LOT does not fly to Iceland or the Azores, and both are thousands of miles out of the way on a trip from Warsaw to New York, so that wouldn't be very realistic either.
Take a look at Freeware Add-Ons at FlyAway Simulation.
NB It's a VERY slow download unless you take a subscription when it is very much faster.
US$5 per month, every month, until you stop the agreement.
Need to open a PayPal account ***which you do at the same time*** using the one form.
Azores, yes. But Iceland is quite close to the route. Reykjavik is 368 miles off the direct great circle route between Warsaw and New York. Look at it on Google Earth rather than a flat map. London is 330 miles off. But London to New York is about 3000 miles which doesn't leave a lot of extra fuel for headwinds.
You probably wouldn't want to stop for fuel at Narsarsuaq. :) There just aren't a lot of places where you could refuel. It won't matter if Iceland is a scheduled terminus if all you need is fuel, and if you want to fly a 737 on that route, there isn't much choice.
You could possibly stop at St. Johns Newfoundland, which is only 245 miles off the direct route, and that's at 2750 miles from Warsaw so it is possible if the headwinds aren't too bad. I'd prefer Iceland myself. Probably has nicer scenery anyway. :)

Edit to add: stopping at Reykjavik adds about 70 miles to the entire trip.
If he's going to fly the 737-800 to New York, just set realism to unlimited fuel and fly direct, that's no less realistic than stopping for fuel at some remote outpost that the airline doen't even fly to.
On the other hand if he wants to waste time landing, refueling, taking back off and climbing to altitude all over again just to have the pleasure of refueling in Reykjavik, then go for it.
He could also fly the LOT 787, which won't require refuleing enroute, and LOT actually flies this plane direct to New York (Newark Liberty) as an alternative to the 737-800. Just a thought, but I'm sure Reykjavik is lovely this time of year... lol
Can i ask from what country you come IRL, becuase if you're not Polish i wonder what is you're opinion about PLL LOT? I never fly plane IRL but i'm big fan of aviation
I wonder what people from outside of Poland think about our airlines?
PS i wonder does is possible to download to MFSX (or Xplane) detailed photorealistic scenery of my country,
preferably for free but can be also good paid one?
I'm Especailly interested in Wrocław and Warsaw.
Aw, 3 Wire, you're thinking like a grunt airline pilot. I'm thinking like your boss's boss.
"OK, The Chief says we have a 737 that we need to fly Warsaw to New York. How do we do it?"
"Well Boss, we can get a permit to land in Reykjavik."
"Sounds good. Take care of that for me and make sure the pilot has the necessary charts. Make sure Reykjavik has the fuel and that they can sell it to us. And find out how much it will cost. If it is too expensive, then take off with full fuel and only buy enough in Iceland to complete the trip."
"What do we do about the passengers? Can we let them deplane?"
"Depends on how long we are on the ground. Make sure Reykjavik is equipped to handle international customs and such, and contact customs and find out what their procedures are for such a case. They might have a passenger area that won't require clearing customs."
"I'm on it, Boss. I'll get the dispatcher to make up a flight plan for Reykjavik with Keflavik as an alternate. I'll let the crew know about their new destination."
--------------------------------
This is not one flight with a stop for fuel. It is two separate flights with the same passengers and crew.
--------------------------------
NOTE WELL: You can fly anywhere you want and you may have to if someone charters one of your aircraft to a destination outside your normal routes. Be prepared. If a charter company already has an aircraft and needs a crew, you might have to provide them. Your job as a pilot is not to ask why, it's to fly the plane where you are told. Not every flight is on a scheduled route.

I'm from the USA, near Washington DC to be more precise.
As you know, LOT is the national flag carrier of Poland, it's a first rate airline that flies a modern all western built fleet that includes Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, and a single Airbus A340.
Established on 29 December 1928, it is one of the world's oldest airlines still in operation.
LOT has won numerous awards, including Global Traveler magazine's "Best Airline in Eastern Europe" in 2008, 2009 and 2010. It also ranks very highly in terms of safety, so I would have to rate LOT Polish Airlines very highly, and though I've never flown on LOT, I would have no reservations about flying with them.
For payware Polish airport scenery this guy is probably the best out there...

There are a number of freeware sceneries for Poland available here...

In case you might be interested, here is another LOT 787 with a "standard" paint scheme. it's by the same author, but at a different website....

No, it's not true, and where in the world did you come up with that, if you don't mind me asking..??
Lewinsky is of German and Eastern European (Russian/Lithuanian) heritage, but as far as I know she's never even traveled to Poland, let alone been a stewardess on it's national airline... lol
Then again, I suppose it depends on your interpretation of what the meaning of the word "is" means, ala Bill Clinton.. LOLLLLL!!!
How near? I lived in Arlington for 8 years. Worked in the Pentagon, Navy Yard and a few more.

I remember how our Polish press was delighted as LOT bought these new 787 Dreamliners and wonder in which are better than 737 or 777 or from those aircraft produced by the Airbus consortium?
These Dreamliners, our Polish authorities and LOT Airlines, present as cutting age of aviation technology
Sometimes I wonder why our lines will not order a few Boeing 747 :-)
PS. You are watching the vlogs of this Pilot and youtuber.?
