There are close to 100 free liveries from airlines all over the world, just be sure you get the FSX/P3D versions, and not the FS9 versions.
Unless you are planning on painting some kind of very specific custom livery, downloading one of these is going to be a whole lot easier...

Your QW Bae 146 comes with a livery manager, it's an app for quickly and easily installing and/or uninstalling liveries with just a few clicks of the mouse....
You should find it in your main FSX folder under Quality Wings/Livery Manager/.... The app is called "QW146 Dispatcher". Double click that and it shoud open right up... Or you could create a desktop shortcut and run it from there...
There is one thing you should know about the app... Make sure to select the correct "aircraft type" from the drop down menu in the dispatcher.......
In other words, if the livery you downloaded and want to install is a Bae 146-200 model, make sure that Bae 146-200 is selected from the aircraft type drop down menu. If you attempt to install a type that doesn't match the type in the drop down menu it won't work.... Hope this helps.
