FS Recorder for FSX-SE
Why can't I get FS Recorder to run. I have followed all of the detailed installation instructions to the letter. When I start up FSX-SE it gives me the incompatible message and I click OK. Then I get this message: "A problem occurred during SimConnect initialization of the FS recorder Module!. The recorder will not be available." I am using the correct version for Steam, I have all 4 of the SimConnects installed. My AI Carriers and FSUIPC get loaded into the addon folder without a problem but FS Recorder will not load up. I don't know what else to do.

There's people who say it does. If you use the 1.3.3.1 version, get all the SimConnects installed and the msxml parser and setup the dll.xml file correctly it should work. Some say this works and some are like me and can't get it to load up. If it does in fact work there has got to be something causing mine not to. This recorder is so popular I can't believe there isn't some hot shot programmer out there that doesn't want to fix it to work with SE.

yup it was 1.3.3.1 that was the last compatibile version that works with fsx:se...I have used it previously to get it to record flying the F-14 through the grand canyon...and then try to fly along-side myself...not perfect but it does work
