impossible to tell.
somewhere long ago i seen a guide how to make it run on low hardware, maybe try a google.
By itself... Probably not much.
Weak hardware can only be improved marginally with tweaks, but they can't harm anything either, and are worth trying to see what sort of improvement you'll get.
This Guide is the best one I've found thus far...........

The 4gb patch, HIGHMEM FIX, and Nvidia Profile Inspector settings in particular are must have tweaks IMHO. The Profile Inspector tweak won't do you any good if you don't have an Nvidia card, but the rest will work on any system.
The 4gb patch (along with HIGHMRM FIX) is designed to prevent (or limit) out of memory errors.
If you have a laptop there isn't much you can do about the graphics engine, but if you ever decide to buy, or better yet, build a desktop system for running FSX SE I would recommend an Intel processor and an Nvidia card. The general consensus from what i've seen at the various flight sim focused web boards is that AMD graphics cards are optimized for AMD processors, and Nvidia with Intel processors.
