What setting in the graphics tab?
What video card and what drivers?
Is that a default aircraft or bought, free?

Please see my coomment on your photo.
Also get this to help with the look of your cockpit in general. There is a problem with DX10, and this will fix that.

Get the second file. DX10 Shader Fixers V3.2.3

is that what's causing?

if so, any fix?
You have an integrated video card which is very low quality.
Does your laptop have another video card?

I think that system would struggle running FSX-SE in anything other than low settings. In saying that, there are some good tweeks out there that can get the most out of it.

Option one: Get a new system with specs at the recommended standards.

Option two: Get researching and find those tweeks. Google best FSX-SE settings to get better FPS

I would advise if you are going to really enjoy FSX:SE you might get a new system with appropriate GPU and CPU.
