Report a translation problem
The process can take several minutes; it's making sure that all of the files in your installation are correct and functional...if not, they'll be replaced with fresh files. Once the process is completed you can either reboot your computer, or try running FSX:SE again. If all went well, all of your default aircraft should be listed and available for your use.

Check your fsx.cfg file for the "ShowAllACPaintSchemes=" entry and make sure it's set to =1 and not =0
Barring that, I'm not sure what it could be.
