You can find both freeware and payware weather programs for FSX. Try Google first, FSX WEATHER is a good possible search term.

Or, instead of trying to blame someone for not giving you what you want, when you want it, you can look at it as being in a great position to get the type of real weather you want since there are several Weather Engines to choose from. Some free, some not.

Not sure what you are referring to but FSX (Microsoft Flight Sim 10) came out in 2006. You must be referring to an older version:
