Haven't tried Carenado's[www.carenado.com] but I would bet it can, too.
I put the instruments on a second monitor.
Stay in full screen mode, change view until you get the instrument panel and slide it over to the second screen. Change view again until you get rid of the blank rectangle.
You just see the instrument panel with no yoke obscuring your view of the instruments.
Same procedure for all aircraft including Concorde.
I have the Alabeo Cutlass 172RG Steam add-on and its yoke can be hidden as well. For aircraft that cannot have their yokes hidden, I use TrackIR to move my head so I can see the necessary instrument and switches as needed. Yokes that can not be hidden when I already have a physical yoke to fly with is a pet peeve of mine. :-)
Can't hear anything...
Must be going deaf...
What kind of pet?
