flightdeck2sim - Airline Pilot tutorials for the FSX Steam Community
Hi guys!

I'm sure a lot of you are aware who I am and what I do, I was an avid flight simmer in my youth and have used flight simulation products for 15 years. I'm now a Senior First Officer for an established airline. I'm also a full-time TRI working in a Level D sim for my operator. I have logged 4000 hours on the 737 (the real one) and operate from a Major European airport. I still to this day use the PMDG NGX for my six-monthly recurrent training and annual LPC and to practice scenarios I teach in the sim. It's a fantastic training tool and an overall good representation of the real aircraft.

With my channel I use FSX Steam to replicate real word procedures for the Flight Simulation community to follow, all I ask is that you respect my anonymity. For me it's a personal preference. I choose not to say exactly where I am, where I'm based and who I have worked/currently work for as previously on forums where I posted with my real name people would contact me directly on social media and incessantly ask for material/copies of manuals and checklists for the company I work for.

As I state in all my video descriptions I am in no position to share/copy company material. All guidance is purely to enhance your home flight simulator experience. Any comments/view expressed do not represent the views of my company and it's far easier to say who I don't work for that reason!

My company, colleagues and friends are well aware of my project and they respectfully keep my anonymity, or at least I hope! I love providing assistance to the FS community too! I grew up using Microsoft Flight Sim religiously and would've loved someone in my position to have provided the assistance I'm doing now! Thank you all for your appreciation.

If you have any question regarding 737 ops please feel free to ask. I am extremely busy, sometimes it might take me a few days to reply but will contribute when I can
All the best and fly safe!
FD2S.
