EH101 landing on helipads seems bugged

I posted in the support forum but I never get any replies to any posts. The 2 advanced level missions with the EH101 landing on a rooftop helipad that seem bugged to me. Landings that seem perfectly fine keep counting as crashes. The 1st mission, I finally passed by putting rear wheels on the pad and front wheel hanging in the air. I'm on the 2nd mission "Avalance Rescue" and it is very frustrating.

Edit: I tried experimenting landing on open ground at airports and the crash detection seems very picky. Some crashes happen at 200-300 vertical speed with all 3 wheels landing at the same time but other times it doesn't happen. Sometimes I can land even faster around 500 with the rear wheels touching first. Other times it detects a crash. Is this normal?

Hmm I did try "Ignore Crashes and Damage" but it didn't seem to help. This time I'll try the "Crash Tolerance" slider.
