/ is airbrakes.
Depending on the aircraft you are flying (large like a 737) and the strip where you decide to land (small like KSMO) you may need the airbrakes and reverse thrust to slow the plane before you go off the end of the runway.
Shift + / = Arm Spoilers. Used for takeoff and landing.
Takeoff: Spoilers are armed but do not deploy unless you abort the takeoff.
Landing: Spoilers are armed during the approach or landing checklist and deploy as soon as you touch down to help keep the aircraft on the ground.
"Which keyboard controls use Speed Brakes and Spoilers?"
Both names are for the same type of brake.
