How to talk in multiplayer

when i press capslock when im playing it minimizes the game and i cant talk how do i fix this?

teamspeak3 is a voice over internet server, join by typing in the ip of the host, and speak while playing ingame

There are always 3 things to check:
#1 is your mic enabled in the game.
#2 is voice chat supported by server.
#3 is aircraft's radio turned on.

I wish the devs would fix it - they should know by now it is a problem, and still have the capacity to fix the damn thing, seeing that communications in a multiplayer game should be, well, not complete ass.
