Start FSX and in Free Flight Go To Airport 9L2 runway 24.
Slew halfway down the runway and look to the left.
Are there bushes on that taxiway.
If there are bushes and trees out of place you could have one of the following
1. Additional Landclass
2. A corrupt landclass
3. Addon Airport (3rd party)
4. AI Payware installed
If you have no Addons the scenery files could be corrupt and you need to run the verify integrity cache tool in the FSX property local files menu
Usually I've found it had to do with the scenery load order (pity there is not a "Loot" app for FSX like there is for Skyrim and Fallout). The use of Orbx Vector tended to have a big effect depending on where it was located in the load order.
However for those stubborn ones where there are trees/bushes in locations that are just bad for an airport, there is a addon named LumberJack.

From the LumberJack description.
"This set of files will remove trees near runways for every airport supplied as standard with FSX. Some rural airports have trees right up to the threshold, making them rather tricky to use!"
Give it a try, it certain does what it says it will do.
Cheers
