Your flight stick should have throttle on it. Try using that. If your using a keyboard only try looking at the the settings > Controls > Button Keys and make some notes as to what keys do what.

You will need to know more than just throttle. Full throttle is the 4F by default.

Also you can do Shift + F10 once you have started the SIM and it wilt pop up a box and will also show you keys. I highly recommend getting a flight stick, something like the Logitech 3D pro would perfect and its pretty cheap like only $30 dollars

F1 - Cut throttle
F2 - Decrease throttle a little
F3 - Increase throttle a little
F4 - Full throttle

For future reference, you can press alt while in flight, which opens a menu at the top. click options, and then search around for controls.
