Can't make Nvidia (Profile) Inspector work with FSX:SE

I have for a while used Nvidia Inspector for FSX:SE. Having had a 6 month break, I today discover I cannot get the Inspector to work with FSX. The antialiasing is the same no matter what! Switching between windowed and non-windowed mode shows the same quality. I upgraded my driver to 527.56, and I use both v2.1.3.20 and v3.5.0.0 of Nvidia insp. I have originally followed the guidelines of NickN, and I cannot see what I'm missing now. I have no tearing nor stuttering, It's just the antialiasing thats not reponding!

Not being the most savvy user, I'm most probably missing something rather obvious, but now I've worked for hours and not solved the problem. Does anyone have any ideas? Please advise! All and any help is greatly appreciated!
