"Shift + e + 2 " cargo doors not working.

When I try to open a third-party or original cargo doors according to the instructions, that is, shift + e + 2 or Shift + e + 3, so it opens a cab outside the door but not the cargo door. Shift + e + 2 to open the radio panel, why is that? What am I doing wrong or whether the user wrong?
Can anyone help, it would be great if you could the loading doors open.
Some models have a separate controller cargo door opening, but not all, and in these guide "Shift + e + 2" which does not work?

It is not Shift + E + 2

Hold Shift and press E then release now press either 2 or 3

Shift - E opens main doors
Shift - E release then press 2 opens cargo doors
Shift - E release then press 3 opens emergency doors

Thanks, now I understood it, I was wondering when you will not open no matter how I press "Shift + e + 2"

Ok so hold shift and E together then release and press 2 0r 3 Thanks I was told all key together also

Does anyone know if the F12 key for taking snapshots can be turned off or changed? With GSX you have to push CTRL and F12v together to work it unless you use the drop down menu on the top bar. Thanks
