the fsx.cfg file is located here:

Hey try that but no luck at all :(
Hey, it is runing on nvidia i can see in the nvidia settings, but in fsx there is no nvidia card on the HD Intel thing
If i install FSX DVD not the the steam verision everything is okay
But i lost my DVD and start to use steam instead...
Your Intel is the main. Always. When you start FSX it will switch to the proper GPU. But the name will be the same. You can check in the NVidia Control Panel to set the game to High Performance NVidia GPU.
But trust me. It's not gonna fix your FPS. FSX is still CPU hungry. It all comes down to CPU not GPU. I had a laptop running a Intel 4000 and a ATI Radeon 5100 or something. Switching to the High Performance GPU actually made things worse :)
