Thanks again!

The only file that came down is - 3D Shaders V3.11.rar.
I ran FSX but I still have a problem with Progressive Taxi not displaying.
I don't remember to be honest. I would check but I recently reinstalled windows and FSX has not made it back onto my computer yet. I'll reinstall tomorrow and let you know where it goes.

Thanks but all is now OK. I downloaded Steve's DX10 Shader Fixer from AVsim and it installed easily and fixed the problem.

For this to work on my machine I needed to modify the dowork.vbs file and comment out the "read only' check as Windows 10 will report the file is RO even if it is in fact writable.
In more detail, for anyone else wanting/needing to apply this...
1) Open the 'dowork.vbs' file in notepad, don't use text editors like wordpad as these add extra hidden characters.
2) Search the file for "readonly" [note no space]. I found the block of code around line #174
3) Now comment out all of the lines in that block of code by placing a ' [single quote] at the start of each line, starting with the 'IF NOT...' and ending on the 'END IF' line. 4 lines in total in my copy of the file.
4) Save the file and run as directed in the instructions that came with your download.
Enjoy!
Worked perfectly for me as well. Thank you very much.
