Do you keep indicated speed higher at that altitude? Try auto , speed & alt.

A lot depends on what your flying. Some aircraft will not fly that high.

What aircraft?
What (indicated) airspeed?
Are you using autopilot?
Are you using autothrottle? If so, what is the airspeed / mach setting?

Yes I am using each and everything listed in your question. But I use knots instead of Mach because I dont understand mach.
But i dont get how to fix the issue of my plane going up and down.
Usually I fly a singapore airlines a330-a340 and sometimes the 747-400 and 737-800 and also the a321 givin from fsx

But you did not answer the questions specifically.

What is the speed setting in knots?
What is the indicated speed on your FPD when this buffeting starts to occur?
Does this happen with all of the aircraft you listed or just a particular one?

I am going to make a leap here and say that you are probably trying to fly too fast and the aircraft has become unstable. Or, a bit less likely but nonetheless possible, You are flying too slowly and the plane is stalling because you have enough altitude it picks up speed, recovers and climbs a bit before it happens again - but this would be more than a little nose-up / nose-down oscillation - this would be a dramatic change (and eventually, a dramatic crash).

I think U better start flying the Piper Cub and then proceed to the next chalenging A/C. (air-craft)
