Push back problem with fsx Steam edition

How to push back plane or request for taxi? I have tried CTRL+SHIFT+Y and SHIFT+Y. nothing is working.

To request taxi press @ key for ATC window, there'll be an option to tune your radio (it does the comm frequency automatically when you use ATC) to the airport where you're parked, after that there are several taxi request options.

These key presses are the default FSX/Acceleration that Dovetail used.

Shift + P is straight pushback
Shift + P then press key 1 is straight pushback then plane turns right (tail left)
Shift + P then press key 2 is straight pushabck then plane turns left (tail right)

If you want to ask for taxi you press the tilde key ( ~ ) found on a standard computer keyboard below the escape or ESC key. This opens the ATC window which you then use the number keys to select options for ATIS (if available), Ground, Tower, etc.

Once you select Ground then you have number key options on what is your taxi request for.

ive tried pressing 1 and 2 when i start my pushback but nothing happens

@mojaguar57 Use the number keys located on top of your KBD not the keys on numeric keypad or maybe you have different key definition.

Once you press "1" or "2" while on a push back you have to wait a while for the plane to turn in the direction commanded, don't press again otherwise it will start to continue pushing straight longer before it turns.
