fsx default vc installing into addon help
Need a bit of help trying to get a vc into a free download by simvation that only has 2d cockpit.
instructions that a bit more current then 2009. Have a downloaded A319 delta airlines that I would like to merge my fsx-se default A321 vc cockpit into it. have tried the "re-name" panel of a321, copy and paste into a319 panel folder nothing doing.
Any ideas or help? thanks in advance.

Thanks JackRiordan, i will check it out.
just took a quick look at it, ya I saw this before was hoping there would be a newer way to do it since 2009 seems so complicated. will try and see what happends, will post the results thanks.

Well that really screwed me up, must have done something wrong cause now ...I don't see my aircraft at all on load up. ???

uhh, ya thats 2dpanel. have that already if i go to "views" while in game mode otherwise i have no cockpit. Again, was hoping to get the vc panel configured into addon but it may be that the author of the addon has blocked any attempt of re-configuration (which is just silly!) oh well maybe it just can't be done.

If they are compiled with the FSX SDK, it can be done. I've merged the Posky A340 VC with the Posky A380 using the information from that tutorial and a few videos.

To skip the headache entirely...

If you want a nice A319, just download the Project Opensky Airbus A320 Family Megapack from Rikoooo.com. It comes with A318, A319, A320, and the A321 with very nice liveries and upgraded cockpits. BTW, the A319 in this download has the Delta Livery you want, and they are all multiplayer compatible.

Jackriordan, Mannnn!!!! that's the ticket! should have done this sooner, so easy & no tweaking neccessary bought into the 1 year subscrip for faster download took 4 min tops and it pluged everything where it belongs, now i have a crap load of aircraft and yes the Delta a319 with vc ..it came out perfect. it does have a crazzy robotic voice call out..but all n all perfect.

Use editvoicepack. You can download it for free, and there are a lot of videos that can help you get started.
