The firmware incorporates the calibration program.
I use the T.16000M FCS Joystick and TWCS Throttle which share the same drivers and firmware.
You should see your T-Flight driver listed in Programs and Features in the Control Panel.

Can you suggest how I can get these buttons working for rudder controls?
I unloaded my drivers for the saitek throttle. It didn't map to fsx until I did.
And if you use FSUIPC (and most of us do) like I do, then drivers for my thrustmaster flight x aren't needed either?
Windows generic usb device drivers work well enough if needed.
Tried a different usb port? Could be bad.
Wiggle the wire? It might have an open.
I assume windows doesn't see it either.
