Everywhere Water in terrain.

Hi, I had already had fsx steam and i decided to buy raas, rex 4 , active sky next and aerosotf a319 in this winter sale, when i enter the game whole terrain has water except Airport , mountains, roaads everywhere under water. I deleted 3 times fsx and app data folder fsx scenery.cfg , i deleted all plugings and still same. Pls help.

Tried using a float 'plane?

Might be that you didn't uninstall correctly.

This is a general procedure which just worked out for another OP.

i used aerosoft a319 for swimming, everywhere is same. And i look your link and i have no performance problem and i already deleted all files like secret appdata folder/fsx, i am done.

And why dont dovetail games improve this simulator ? Lockheed martin's prepared is working on p3d and its good but most of people dont want to pay for expensive add-ons like me and fsx steam is good choice for consumers like me. But i dissappointed because dovetail games doesnt work for this sim anymore. I hope Gabe Newell fire them all.

Before you went and uninstalled all of those add ons you should have run a files integrity check and let steam reacquire any files that failed validation.

There's a good possibility that would have fixed your water textures issue.

i deleted appdata/roaming/fsx folder but i forgot to delete appdata/local/microsoft/fsx files. İ looked this folder and i saw some shader folder. Now i am downloading again and i will call you.

Easy mistake.

Should be successful this time, as long as you run the 'Verify Integrity of Game Files' utility as soon as it's all installed.

Thank you so much all but its my fault. I search my all harddisk and i found a Scenery_Orbx_Backupfoler.cfg in my windows.old Folder and this ♥♥♥♥ cfg ♥♥♥♥♥♥ my all game and i deleted this ♥♥♥♥ and everything is ok now. LOL.

There is no point in keeping the Windows.old folder as it has no practical value and can be very large.

The best way to remove it is NOT to attempt to delete it but to use Disk Cleanup and tick the box referring to Previous Windows Installations.

This can take a very long time...........
