"An administrator has blocked you from running this app"

Hello everyone, I have been having this problem for quite a while. Whenever I try to launch FSX, a message pops up saying "an administrator has blocked you from running this app". It used to work perfectly fine when I got it. I have tried turning off firewall and UAC but it didn't work. Please help me.

If you have signed in on the pc as user then unless the pc administrator has to set you up to run it. This done in windows by the pc administrator and has nothing to do with steam account.

I'm the administrator. People at microsoft told me to contact steam support, not them.

Just right click on the desktop icon and select "Run as Administrator" or you can tell Steam to do it.
