No voice or instruction sound in mission and flight lessons

I aquired recently 10 june 2017 FSX Steam Edition - Monster Mission Edition and I found out that there is no instruction voice sound neither in missions neither in lessons.
I tried the Carribean landing mission and the Straight and level flight lessons, non of them delivers instruction voice sound. In the sound settings, I looked that both Sound and Voice are checked, no help. Music and engine sound do well work. I do no get this (voice) issue with original Microsoft FSX, neither in FSW. Can you please help, cause I aquired this version of Steam Edition for all the missions added to it. Cant use them. It is a vanila installation. Thanks.

Hm. Do you have a USB headset connected by any chance? Sometimes FSX decides it's better to send all voice communication to that headset, even if you told it not to in the configuration settings. Also, check if you have the voice volume set to a hearable (is that a word?) value.

Fantastic. It was USB. A week before acquiring FSX SE I installed a new wireless mouse Logitech and that made some conflict. Just tryed without the mouse transductor ... sound came immedialty through ... thanks for your help. Now connecting transductor into an other USB controller. Works also.
