I'll be honest, it feels like a really really experimental game potentially put together from assets. BUT the intro and cutscene are still incredibly atmospheric, though the sewer level with the shooting and getting shot mechanics is ummm.. underwhelming in comparison. Looking at the level files there isn't anything else in the game it seems like.
