Siegecaster requires players to strategically build their bases to gain powerful upgrades and
fend off the epic hordes. Each level has multiple base locations, allowing players to choose their
strategy to complete the fight. Plan your buildout carefully, as the onslaught from enemies never
stops. The horde is oppressive and unyielding. You will need to power up your arsenal to have a
fighting chance. Death is almost certain, but more powerful enemies and new biomes await for
those who can survive.

It's the second level the max level of a rune?, after I merge 2 of grey ones into green that is it?, no further upgrade?

Is it actually full controller support?

There has been a lot of games being uploaded to steam saying they have full controller support and before I grab this I wanted to know if it's actually full controller support. Like does UI and everything else work well with controller etc.

Best way to deal with shielded enemies?

Finally beat level 3 last night, but i feel like I still wasn't ready for the waves of a dozen shielded enemies bearing down on me. Is there a way to deal with these guys quickly? Poison seems to pierce shields, but the damage is too low to actually kill these guys. Does lightning break shields faster? Also. . . Does poison deal less damage to undead enemies? Is there any advantage or disadvantage to what damage type you deal?...

Do you remember Rampart?
If yes - Siegecaster is a twist on that, brought bang up to date design-wise and with a lovely 90's vibe to the visuals.
If no - Siegecaster is a fresh take on tower defence like you haven't played before. You have to build walls out to grow your castle and give space to place your turrets, which you also have to manually aim.

Had a great time with the demo, and from a quick go on the full game it's been improved in a few key areas (there's a tutorial now!) Well worth picking up.

Zoom please

Hi, I really need zoom. The mouse wheel can be used right? I don't need the wheel to change weapons because I'm using WASD. I'm on 1920x1600 screen, everything is very small. Very curious as to why was zoom not incorporated?

I can see why this will be a fun game; it's easy to sink time into. Satisfying loop.

I feel this is the kind of game that NEEDS a push pause, if only to catch your breath and reassess everything.

Once your walls start falling in the latter portion of a level, (they're made of tissue paper), there's no rebuilding, it just becomes a frantic "shoot everything that's close", and enemies become super spongy to your basic arrow attacks. I've gotten to level three after several hours. I have a full inventory of gems that don't seem to add anything. I fire arrows at enemies and have noticed on several occasions that an enemy in the middle of a spread never get hit.

It feels like you need to get a very specific gem build in order to even have a chance.

Fun loop, but the rest of the game around it needs a lot of work it feels like.

This is like Tetris to me but strategy. Takes 2 seconds and I'm in flow.
