Even though it's less than 1% of the market, it's always nice to see devs porting to Linux. Is it a significant effort or does UE4 have good tools for such things?

Windows 10 was free for months. It's not worth porting most games to linux because the market just isn't there.

If i had to use Windows i would use Windows 7 (never Windows 10), but not for free if i get paid enough for using it, maybe (But why would MS pay me?) so no thanks.

I have more games than i can play, for special cases there's WINE, if i needed more games i'd get a PS4, and if i really wanted a game that's not available on Linux, It won't work on WINE (soon enough, eventually it will), and also not on PS4, even then i don't need Windows, the solution: VM with GPU Passthrough.
