99.9%. Im missing a token! ARGH!

I have all the dlcs (season pass) and completed all the levels with everything (the level sumary says everything has been collected) and im stuck at 99.9%!

The escape menu says I've got 146/147 character/vehicle tokens... Which one am I missing?? I finished everything :(

The second flying vehicle is still locked. where do i get that one?

odd thing with that save being on cheat happens not many of us are willing to pay for a download of a save game. i certainly won't. its showing this save game as a cheat happens exclusive and i refuse to sign up for cheat happens premium when to be quite honest a save game file or even a trainer should be free without having to sign up or pay for a premium service!
